What personal data do we collect ?
When you interact with us, for example via our website and App, our social media accounts, by email or telephone, when you visit our physical premises or at events, we may need to collect your personal data.
We only collect personal data that you provide to us, that result from your actions on our website and/or that we need to offer you or improve our product offering, or on the basis of another legitimate interest:

We also collect your information via intermediary websites offering co-working spaces, such as Instant Offices, if you use their website and platform to book a space on our premises.
In addition, we may have access to your information indirectly through our business domiciliation services for our customers. However, this information is not retained.
We may also collect personal data from public sources and social networking platforms. This information may include personal data from your profile on a social network, which you authorize that network to share with us in accordance with their rules.

Why do we collect your personal data and on what legal grounds ?

With whom do we share your personal data and is it transferred abroad ?
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your personal data with some of our suppliers (such as our IT hosting company, our trustee, our billing software, our IT specialist) and our marketing and communication partners (e.g. CRM services and newsletter publication and distribution services), or with the authorities (e.g. the Commune de Rolle).
Most of our suppliers are located in Switzerland, the European Union (specifically France and the Czech Republic) and Great Britain.
If you use websites or intermediary platforms offering coworking spaces, such as Instant Offices, to reserve space on our premises, please note that these platforms may be located or have entities outside Switzerland, notably in the European Union, Great Britain, the United States or Canada. If you use these platforms, please note that your data may be transferred to these territories.
For our website, we use Google Analytics (GA) and other tools offered in its suite, as well as Pixel META, which may involve data transfers to the USA. For more information on GA and these tools, and on how to deactivate it, please consult our Cookie Notice.
We may also use plug-ins on our website linking to social media platforms. The third-party platform’s use of information collected from you (or as authorized by you) is governed by its own privacy notice and your settings on the service. If you do not wish a third-party social network site to attribute data collected via our website to your account on that social network, you must log out of the relevant social network site before visiting our website.
