A compact, focused room on the first floor, east side, seating up to eight people around a single table.
It is the room our recruitment agencies, auditors and financial advisors book for interviews, one-to-one reviews and contract signings and the one creative teams choose for a short, sharp brainstorm.
Best for: interviews, board meetings, client meetings, brainstorming.
On the first floor facing south-east, next to the cafeteria, with large bay windows and generous natural light.
It adapts to a theatre, classroom or U-shape setup depending on whether your session is formal, instructional or collaborative and the cafeteria next door makes breaks effortless.
Best for: small-group training, workshops, team offsites.
On the first floor, north-east side, with a view over the vineyards.
It seats 26 participants plus a speaker or facilitator, in theatre, classroom or U-shape layout.
Add the 86″ interactive screen and video conferencing system for hybrid sessions, or keep it classic with a flipchart and paper.
Best for: seminars, training courses, presentations, hybrid meetings.
Our largest space, on the first floor, north side, with a striking view over the vineyards.
It hosts general assemblies, conferences and full-day training courses for up to 32 participants plus a speaker, in any configuration you ask for theatre, classroom, U-shape or something entirely your own.
Best for: general assemblies, conferences, multi-day training programmes, company events.
On the first floor in the west wing, facing north over the vineyards. It is the one room in the centre with no tables.
Thirty chairs on castors, in two colours, and nothing else in the way. The room reshapes itself in seconds: one large circle to open the day, small clusters for group work, rows facing the screen for a plenary, and back again after the break.
Nothing to drag, nothing to dismantle, no pause in the momentum. Facilitators quickly find the obvious trick, the green and grey seats split a group into two teams without anyone having to count off.
It works just as well for ten people as for thirty. With a small group you simply use the space: room to stand up, move around, work at the wall. That freedom is precisely what a table takes away.
Best for: workshops, brainstorming, design sprints, agile ceremonies, team offsites, co-creation days.
Since 2011, we have been hosting board meetings, training days, general assemblies and product launches for SMEs, international groups, recruitment firms and independent professionals from across La Côte, Geneva and Lausanne.
What our clients tell us matters most, in this order:
Daylight and a view. Every room has natural light, and our north-facing rooms look out over the vineyards of La Côte. It shows in the energy of the room by 3 p.m.
This setup is ideal for plenary presentations, conferences, and seminars where a speaker, facilitator, or presenter addresses the entire group. It offers plenty of space and freedom, allowing everyone to see each other and interact easily. Participants can move around comfortably and approach the speaker or other attendees without difficulty.
Chairs are arranged in rows facing the screen, just like in a theatre. This configuration is ideal for accommodating a larger number of people in the room; however, it is less suitable for interaction and discussion. It is perfectly suited for seminars, a launch, or conferences.
With individual desks, this setup is practical for taking notes, whether on a laptop or on paper. It is perfectly suited for work meetings, conferences, and interactive sessions.
All participants are seated around a single large table. This setup encourages debates, discussions, and exchanges, while maintaining a fully professional configuration, either standard or customized. It includes desk, table, chairs, laptop, and note-taking setup.

"We started at Ichibani in the coworking section, as our business grew we took our own office space then a second over a period of 4 years. After looking at what was available in the temporary office market, Ichibani was the only choice for us. We found it was just more smooth and professional then some of the other more hectic centres. A beautiful location with the vines on one side and the lake and mountains on the other, great access to the autoroute and train, well placed between Geneve and Lausanne. The facilities are complete with different size meeting rooms, an amazing new coworking on the 1st floor a great range of different size individual offices. The staff at Ichibani are professional and friendly, it is a very unique environment and as we outgrew the facility it was very hard to leave. Well done Team Ichibani you helped us grow our business."
"We have been hosted in the Ichibani co-working place for exactly 2 years and this has enabled us to focus on our business from day one. Being a small team of about 15 people without any indirect functions it was critical to be relieved from all logistics and admin matters. This is exactly the environment we encountered at Ichibani. Everything we needed happened in no time. When we added a few more people and needed more office space and a larger conference room, this happened in just a few days. We benefited from all kind of services, like reception, shipment, copies, catering, etc. The whole Ichibani team has been friendly and helpful to each of our team members. At the end what makes a strong difference against similar co-working services is the fact that the director and owner of Ichibani, Mrs Daniele, is on site for most of her time or at least fully reachable; this makes the decision making process extremely fast and the whole Ichibani team being very reactive. As we now joined another company we were asked by our new HQ to move to another place otherwise we would have loved keeping enjoying such conditions. I strongly recommand Ichibani to whoever needs to be relieved from all indirect matters and work in a quiet and pleasant environment."

The Geneva room. It has thirty chairs on castors and no tables, so you can move between plenary, circle and small-group formats without pausing the session, and its whiteboards and flipcharts keep the whole day’s thinking visible on the walls. It suits groups from 10 to 30 people.

No, and by design. It is our dedicated workshop space, kept free of tables so groups can reconfigure it in seconds. If your session needs writing surfaces or laptops, the Lausanne and Jura rooms are the better fit.
