Designed for SMEs, large companies or small structures, entrepreneurs and self-employed, we rent adaptable and personalized offices and premises. A shared space or closed premises to accommodate up to 300 workstations in a bright place, easy to access just a stone’s throw from the motorway.

For your meals, the Eldora restaurant offers tasty dishes with a focuse on health. The possibility to eat hot dishes, grilled meats and salads. On the go or at the table, alone or with coworkers. As a bonus, during the summer period there is a large terrace to enjoy a breath of fresh air.

The A-One site has a fitness center. Our clients benefit from the Nonstop Gym, equipped with the latest technology in running and weight training equipment. The facilities also offer gym, pilates and yoga classes.

"We started at Ichibani in the coworking section, as our business grew we took our own office space then a second over a period of 4 years. After looking at what was available in the temporary office market, Ichibani was the only choice for us. We found it was just more smooth and professional then some of the other more hectic centres. A beautiful location with the vines on one side and the lake and mountains on the other, great access to the autoroute and train, well placed between Geneve and Lausanne. The facilities are complete with different size meeting rooms, an amazing new coworking on the 1st floor a great range of different size individual offices. The staff at Ichibani are professional and friendly, it is a very unique environment and as we outgrew the facility it was very hard to leave. "We have been hosted in the Ichibani co-working place for exactly 2 years and this has enabled us to focus on our business from day one. Being a small team of about 15 people without any indirect functions it was critical to be relieved from all logistics and admin matters. This is exactly the environment we encountered at Ichibani. Everything we needed happened in no time. When we added a few more people and needed more office space and a larger conference room, this happened in just a few days. Location of Ichibani Business Center in La Côte

The Business Center A-One is located at the highway exit of Rolle. Our office spaces are accessible by public transport or by car, with parking and all facilities. Ideally located between Geneva and Lausanne, so you can come by public transport. The business center is 3 minutes from the Rolle train station and is served by regular buses. You can reach Geneva Cointrin airport in 30 minutes by car. This facilitates team meetings for large international companies in an ideal working environment.

Conference and seminar rooms

Renting a meeting room is very easy with our online reservation system and the Ichibani application.

Enjoy a day in the green, spend the day in a new place to encourage creativity, collaborative spirit, new ideas? The one off rental of a conference room allows you to get out of your premises. For your trainings, seminars, networking events, contract signatures, assemblies, or a client meeting. Room and office rentals are available for 2 hours, 4 hours, for a day or a whole week. There is no time limit, 7 days a week, even at night and on weekends.

The meeting spaces all have natural light and internet access. The largest room can accommodate up to 60 people in theater. Video projector, flipchart, water, notepads and pens are provided.
